Most shipping quotes are provided automatically by the calculator feature in our online store when you add an item to your shopping cart. However, some pieces do require special shipping or have limitations to where they can be shipped. If you live outside the US or Canada please connect with us to get a shipping quote.

Warranty: Oden Gallery represents carefully-vetted artisans who have strong integrity and commitment to professional practices. Each artisan outlines their unique warranty conditions on their profile page. We want you to be over the moon in love with your piece, and we will do everything we can to help you feel confident in your purchase. Returns: No one enjoys having to return an item, so let’s work together to make sure you are confident in your investment. We want the items you purchase to tickle your heart strings and look amazing in your home! Simply connect with us if you require more images, video or just want to discuss the items you are considering.
3. What do I do when my Purchase is delivered?
When your order arrives it is important to inspect it for possible transit damages. Inspect the order at the time of delivery, and only accept merchandise received in good condition. If you decide to accept merchandise that appears to be damaged, please indicate the condition next to your signature when you accept the delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should not be signed without recording details of transit damage.
Please notify the shipper of any damages immediately and be certain to retain all original packaging. To assist us in determining the cause of damage please submit digital photos along with your claim. If you wish to have our assistance in filing the claim, you must notify Oden Gallery no later than seven (7) days after delivery of the damaged merchandise to you. We will do everything we can to help with your claim and assist you with addressing the problem.
4. Accounts and Wishlists
Creating an account will make your purchasing experience smoother and faster. We are constantly adding new artisans and products to our range, and subsequent purchases will be speedier. Another benefit of having an account is the ability to create your own wishlist. An Oden Wishlist will help you keep track of all the special handmade items that you’d love to have, but can’t quite purchase just yet. Your wishlist can be shared with friends and family so that you really do get the gifts you dream of on birthdays and other special days. **Please rest assured that your account information is secure and password-protected.
5. Where is Oden Gallery located?
Oden Gallery is primarily an online store. However, we often “pop-up” at shows, exhibitions and temporary physical spaces in the city we are based, which is beautiful Vancouver, B.C.
